Most people can get 5 to 8 DVDs during their free trial. The number of movies you get depends on postal delivery time in your area and on how quickly you watch and return each of your movies. You're limited to 3 DVDs at a time, but you can exchange them for different DVDs as often as you like.
After you sign up and select some movies to watch, expect your first 3 DVDs to arrive in your mailbox within 2 to 4 days via first class mail. Shipping is free -- no hidden charges!
After you start your FREE trial, you can begin picking movies to watch. Just click on any movie's Rent button and that movie will be added to your shipping list (your Queue). Add as many movies as you want! Since you're new to the service and have no movies at home, the first 3 available movies in your Queue will be automatically shipped to you. Keep them as long as you want -- there are no due dates or late fees! When you return a movie, the next available one in your Queue is automatically sent, and so on (until you have 3 at home or on the way to your home -- you're allowed a maximum of 3 movies "checked out" at any one time). Just keep adding, watching and returning movies, and the Queue will never stop sending them to you!
You can cancel your Netflix service anytime. Simply go to the Your Account page, click on the "Cancel Your Rental Membership" link and follow the instructions.
