Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package.
Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy ofthe packing slip for your records.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a full credit.
Take the item and original packing list to the Customer Care desk at any Kmart store.
The store associate will process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow 30days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.kmart.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that willbe applied to your order.

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight ofthe total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost maybe lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Generally, you will have theoption of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Kmart online department store Customer Service Specialist within 30 days. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. kmart online store will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
